Here is what you get:
One 1:1 session per month. This is your dedicated time.
Private Voxer or Telegram access, 1-2 days a week. So you are not stuck waiting until our next session to think something through. When you need a gut check, a pep talk, or a second opinion on a decision, you have a direct line to me. You choose the platform that works for you.

The Inner Glow is my highest level of mentorship. It is for the same people Steady Light is for, the ones building their business, stepping into leadership, climbing toward the next title, or finding their footing in the industry. The difference is how far and how fast you want to go. This tier is for the ones who are done testing the water and ready to do the work.
More time. More access to what I know. More direct coaching on the real decisions in front of you, the kind that move a career instead of just managing a week. You get a mentor who has sat in many of the same seats you are in now and the ones you are reaching for. I share what I have learned. The work is yours to do, and I am here to guide it.
Here is what you get:
Two 1:1 sessions per month. Twice the time, twice the depth.
